The current property selling process in the United States involves the preparation and handling of multiple paperwork, particularly property disclosure documents. These documents are essential for both the buyer and seller agents to understand the condition and potential issues of the property before proceeding with the buying process. However, the existing approach to preparing and processing these documents is highly fragmented, time-consuming, and prone to errors. This leads to inefficiencies, delays, and potential misunderstandings between parties.
